This is the winter that just won't quit! A nasty winter storm has closed school again and it always seems like these snow days fall on the days when both Catrina and Brynne would be at school. I took advantage of the situation to take some photos of the girls. In school news, Brynne has started to spend some time in a first grade class. After discussions with her kindergarten teacher, we both decided that it would benefit her to have some experience with a first grade environment so she gets more of a challenge while still keeping her social ties in kindergarten (the best of both worlds). She's only gone twice but Brynne is very excited to be with the older kids and she does understand that it is a special privilege.
