Well, Brynne picked the right time to get sick.... she was sick Sunday morning and by Monday she was at her worst but it was a holiday so she didn't miss school. She slept until noon on Monday and just laid on the couch for the rest of the day. She is better today (she actually ate something) but she is still not well enough to go to school so she now officially has missed her first day of school. At least she gets to learn something... she gets to stay home with her mommy who has a BA in history so she'll know more than she needs to know about Article 2 of the Constitution as we sit together to watch the inauguration. I'm sure the TV will be drowned out by the sounds of Catrina saying "I waaaaaaaaaaaannnnaaaaaaa watch a shooooooooooooooooooow".
