We are lucky enough to live about 15 minutes from Minnewaska, a beautiful lake and hiking area just west of New Paltz. We visit here a couple of times a summer to explore and have family time. We took some new paths this time and came upon some very interesting little nooks and one amazing butterfly area. It has also become an annual tradition of getting a photo of the girls overlooking the lake.
